Successfully passed the airworthiness inspection of East China Civil Aviation Administration

From July 15 to 16, the Airworthiness Certification Center of East China Civil Aviation Administration, together with the review team composed of COMAC Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute and Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd., reviewed the quality system for the production of Southwest Aluminum Forgings and evaluated the aluminum alloy Airworthiness inspection was carried out on the forging production site.

On the morning of July 15, at the first meeting held at the Aluminum City Hotel, Southwest Aluminum’s deputy general manager Li Yong and the heads and staff of relevant units such as the technical quality department, melting and casting plant, forging plant, power measurement and control center, and technical center The review team introduced the forging production research and development process in detail, and made a report on the production process, process and quality system. Subsequently, the inspection team randomly checked the production records and operating documents of the forgings, and conducted an airworthiness inspection on the forging production site.

At the summary meeting on July 16, the review team fully affirmed the quality and supply of Southwest Aluminum forgings, and hoped that Southwest Aluminum would further strengthen technological innovation, overcome difficulties encountered, continuously optimize resource allocation, and promote aviation materials. The R&D and production of the company have made new and greater contributions to China’s aviation industry.
